please be sure that a full copy of UltraBac is installed on your SQL server. Also, be sure that both the firewall and the firewall service are disabled, or that you have made the appropriate exceptions for UltraBac to pass through it. If you have a non-default sql instance installed, please be sure you add it to the list via the named instance by "server name"\"instance name."
