this behavior is actually by design. When a license is generated, it MUST be for a specific server name, not IP address. When pointing a member server to the backup server for licensing, you can then use either the server's name or IP address.
for the other error images you have attached:
You can only ever import 1 evaluation license onto a server.
You must be sure the version of the installed UltraBac Software matches the version of the license you are attempting to import
You will need to call in and request a new license for your testing. We have the abillity to generate a test license to assign to a specific machine that will bypass the limitations of the auto-generated licenses that are sent when a trial version of our software is downloaded.
