Hello,
can you double-check your SQL server version? Are you running SQL 2008R2 or SQL 2012 perhaps?

Where are you attempting to restore the .bak file to? The original SQL server or another location?

Is SQL 2010 running on Server 2008 R2 and restore files. Bak is performed on the same server.

Restoring the database is successful, but if I want to restore. Bak no longer works because it is as if existeran bases and generates. Bak of 0 KB.

Ok, sorry for the lateness of my reply.

We have found this to be a bug in the software. It has been resolved and the fix will be in the next release, UltraBac 9.4.0 which is due out in the next few weeks.

Sorry for any inconvenience.

-James
