Default Problems creating Exchange 2003 backup

Exchange 2003 Enterprise (clustered).
Admin installed on UltraBac server.
Default user (same as logged on user) has sufficient rights in Exchange to perform backup.
UltraBac Management Service is installed and running on the Exchange servers.
Followed these steps:
Backup Wizard
Exhange Agent
Next
Next
Then got the following message:
"BackupWizard - Agent error (0 - The operation completed successfully.)."
And the Backup Wizard closes.
Am I missing something?

Hi Dennis,

Is the exchange system management tools for Exchange 2003 installed on the backup server?

Another thing to try, would be to install a full version of UltraBac on the exchange server, create the backup set there, and then move the set back to the backup server.

Hi Derek,

Yes the Exchange System Management tool is installed on the backup server.

How would installing the full version of UltraBac on the Exchange server affect licensing?

Licensing would not be affected, as you are still starting the backup from the backup server =)
