Default Anyway to reduce backup times?

Currently on our 9.2.4 Ultrabac setup, we're averaging 3.5 to 4 hours time spent for each backup. We have a total of 4 backups that need to be run each night incrementally. This normally entails that some business hours are going to have to deal with the servers being bogged down with backups for a few hours.

I was wanting to know if there are any general tricks or tips in ultrabac to reduce the time needed to back up files. Thanks for any help!

the best way to reduce backup times is to run to local devices, run across faster network connections or split backups with multiple sets into individual backups and run them simultaneously.
