![]() Cause:
This occurs if the UBDR Gold Restore CD does not have driver support for the disk controller of the machine. Resolution: The driver for the disk controller will need to be injected to allow UltraBac to write to the disk. Depending on the version of UBDR that is being used, the OS that the driver is created for will vary. V6 will require a Windows7 or if not available a 2008R2 driver. v5 will require a Vista or 2008 driver. Once the driver has been download and saved you can inject the driver by going into Tools>UBDR>Inject Driver. After injecting the driver the disk will need to be rescanned. This can be done going selecting Tools>UBDR>Re-scan disks. The disk should now be available to restore to.
