Backup system protected files option
In a File-by-File backup when selection the option "Backup system protected files" in the backup set options, this selection adds the %SystemRoot%\system32\ catroot\{F750E6C3-38EE-11D1-85E5-00C04FC295EE} folder and contents to the system state backup. This location is not normally part of the System State backup.
