Default Restoring Partition Within Windows

Partitions can be restored while booted into Windows from an Image Backup.

In order to do this the partition must already be created with no drive letter assigned.

When performing the restore, UltraBac will show any partition that does not have a driver letter assigned as a restore destination. Confirm that the correct partition is selected before proceeding with the restore.

Please keep in mind that the resize option needs to be checked when restoring the partition and the partition needs to be at least 60% of the original partition size.

Once the restore is complete you will be able to view the restored data after assigning a driver letter to the restored partition.
