![]() It appears that when setting up a backup job to back up a linux server, none of the mounted volumes are shown.
Is there a way to have the agent show mounted volumes? Thanks! |

![]() Hi,
Our Linux agent does not officially support 64bit versions of Linux. However you can still do the backup if you set up a samba share, and then use the File by File Network share agent. Hope this helps!

![]() Update to this issue.
I talked with the forum member over the phone. We were able to get the backups to work. Instead of using the RPM file we used the ubux-2.31-linux.tar.gz to do the install of the Linux agent. Please note in some cases this will work on a 64bit os, but will not work in all cases.
