Unhappy Access denied to remote agent

When trying to connect to a remote server for File-by-File backup I get an access denied message.

I can connect to the computer with its UNC path?

I have other computers being backuped using the remote agent but this one will not work?

server Ultrabac 8.03 win2k3 sp2
client win2k3 sp2

I got it to work using the IP address. Do not know why it does not work with the FQDN.
