![]() I've configured some servers successfully that are in my DMZ network, but this one particular server has thrown this error message which I haven't seen and can't find any info for within the forum.
What can be causing this error message and how to resolve it? It happens right after I configure UltraBac with the proper Account Info for authentication as I'm creating a new Backup Set. |

![]() AngelC2,
Have you added the additional account info for authentication in and out of the DMZ on both backup server and target machines? If so, please double-check the IP Address that was used.

![]() Yes, I've done this on both sides and telnet works between them, so I know the firewall is not the issue.
I also made sure the IP's were typed correctly, but I'll triple check. Any other ideas? What about a server that has multiple NIC's, does UltraBac have a problem with this? |

![]() I have resolved this error. I forgot to add the local admin account for the UB service on the DMZ client to the Administrators group.
I did this on the other DMZ clients, but forgot this one step on this one server, so all is good now. Thanks! |
